POLYETHYLENE TAPE WHITE

 Egret so-called white polyethylene tape is used a lot for refrigerators or coolers. Normally is coated with natural rubber glue or water based acrylic adhesive. Plus, it has no liner. Process of Polyethylene Tape White Tape Production

NO.1

First, we will choose 50 mic, 58 mic or 62 mic thickness polyethylene film.

Second, we use white paint to dye the pe film.

 

NO.3

Third, we coat silicon on the back side of PE white film, to ensure its easy release or unwind.

 

NO.4

Forth, we coat with very high bond natural rubber or water based acrylic adhesives.

 

NO.5

Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. The jumbo size is 1150mmx1000m.

  CR foam tape   stands for chloroprene rubber foam tape. CR is chloroprene (neoprene) as the main raw material for alpha polymerized elastomer, soluble in toluene, xylene, ethylene dichloride, three vanadium ethylene, slightly soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane, insoluble in hexane and solvent gasoline, but soluble in the appropriate proportion of good solvent and bad solvent and non-solvent or bad mixed solvent composed of solvent and non-solvent.
