Comparing the cost of pure material PP packing belt with other packing belts, the price of pure material packing belt is generally 1.3-2 times that of sandwich belt and recycled material packing belt. With the same weight of the packing belt, the rate of the pure material belt (the actual length of the packing belt) is about 2.5-3 times that of the sandwich belt and the recycled material belt.

Process of PP Strapping Band Production

NO.1

First, we heat and melt polypropylene plastic particles. In the meantime, we can add different color of paint, white, blue, green, yellow, etc.

Second, we use rolling machine to roll and extend the material to belt shape.

Third, cooling the belt.

 

NO.4

Forth, we wrap and wind the PP belt to different length of coil. PP packing belt system adopts polypropylene through heating, melting, stretching, cooling production of the mesh structure of the packaging material, the basic parameters that affect the quality of the packing belt are tension, length, bending, elongation and so on. With the same tension and other parameters, the longer the length, the lower the cost.

  Egret PET tape uses polyester film as the base material, the back of the base material is coated with release agent, and the front is coated with high viscosity rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. The main colors of products are white and blue.   The main component of Po hotmelt film  is PO, which is called polyolefin in Chinese. It is known to include polyethylene and polypropylene. Polyethylene is tasteless, non-toxic, has low-temperature resistant, and good chemical resistance.
