PU FOAM TAPE

 PU foam tape stands for polyurethan foam tape. The PU foam is created when isocyanate and polyol are reacted. It becomes polyurethane foam when gas is introduced. Thanks to its net structure, it has excellent sound dampening, high resilience, and good cushioning features. PU foam tape adopts PU foam as base material, coated with aggressive high bond pressure sensitive glue. And then protected by white silicon paper liner. Furthermore, we can either provide jumbo rolls, or die cutting pieces. The width can be from 10mm to 1600mm, the length can be from 100mm to 2000mm. Last but not least, it is widely used in home appliance industries, automotives, electronics industries, etc.

Process of PU Foam Tape Production

NO.1

First, Polyurethane (PU) foam is produced when isocyanate and polyol are reacted. It becomes polyurethane foam inject the gas, either by reaction of the isocyanate with water, or with blowing chemicals.
