Firstly, we buy high quality aluminum foil jumbos from aluminum manufacturers. 


Secondly, we formulate and mix the chemical contents to different glues, such as solvent acrylic, water-based acrylic, natural rubber or hot melt. 


Thirdly, we coat the glue on the aluminum foil by using our automatic coating lines. If no liner aluminum foil tape, we will also coat silicon on the other side. If with liner, then we directly laminate the paper liner on which. 


Sometimes, our customer might just buy the jumbo rolls. But sometimes, our customers might buy cut rolls, then we use our slitting machines to cut jumbo to small rolls.

  MOPP TAPE Egret so-called MOPP tape  or TPP tape  is used a lot for refrigerators or coolers. It has both blue color and white color; main thickness is 80 mic and 110 mic.   CR foam tape   stands for chloroprene rubber foam tape. CR is chloroprene (neoprene) as the main raw material for alpha polymerized elastomer, soluble in toluene, xylene, ethylene dichloride, three vanadium ethylene, slightly soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane, insoluble in hexane and solvent gasoline, but soluble in the appropriate proportion of good solvent and bad solvent and non-solvent or bad mixed solvent composed of solvent and non-solvent.   Egret PE tape  use polyethylene film as the base material, the back of the base material is coated with release agent and the front is coated with rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. The thickness of coating glue is 0.015mm-0.03mm.
