EPE Foam Tape

Process of EPE Foam Tape Production

First, we extrude low density polyethylene into high density of foam products. As a result, It is composed of low density polyethylene fat by physical foaming to produce numerous individual bubbles.

Second, we coat single sided or double-sided high adhesion of pressure sensitive glue.

Third we laminate the white silicon paper liner on which. Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or non-standard width and length of small rolls. Meanwhile, we can also cut them to different shapes of die cutting pieces.
